What's your return policy for international orders?
Based on our Return Policy document (updated Dec 2024), international returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are on the customer, and refunds process in 5–7 business days.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fee for standard returns. For bulk or custom orders above 50 units, a 10% fee may apply — see Section 4.2 of the policy.
